Site Financial Director

A well-established manufacturing business in Derbyshire is seeking a highly motivated and career-focused individual to fill the newly created Site Financial Controller role. This position reports directly to the site General Manager and has a dotted line to the CFO, offering opportunities for growth and development within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and business partnering to the Site Management Team
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet variance analysis
- Produce weekly and monthly management information and develop improved KPI reporting and value-added insight and analysis
- Cash flow, working capital management, and transfer pricing
- Assist with preparing year-end statutory accounts, working with external auditors and tax authorities
- Prepare standard costing information and analysis
