Project Manager

A seasoned Construction Management Professional is required to lead a portfolio of projects within the water framework. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The role involves managing a team of site-based project managers, each responsible for delivering projects up to £20m in value. The successful candidate will be expected to promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and drive the adoption of innovative technologies and techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of CDM 2015, NEC/IChemE contracts, and commercially astute principles. They will also be able to showcase a track record of successfully managing multiple teams, contributing to their professional development, and delivering projects to client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of projects within the water framework

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
- Manage budgets, costs, and resources effectively
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
About You:
- CSCS card holder
- Office 365 expertise
- Prince 2 or APM certification
- HNC/Degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and NEC/IChemE contracts
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First-class communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive basic salary, you can expect a premium company car or generous car allowance, 28 days holiday plus all bank holidays, company pension scheme, private healthcare, training and progression opportunities, and a company bonus scheme.
