Construction Project Manager

Role Overview
The company seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the commercial aspects of their business from their Central London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within agreed budget levels.
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage project cash flow, ensuring timely payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and recovery of project costs.
- Produce regular cost reports for senior management, detailing current financial performance, potential risks, and projections for project completion.
- Agree on final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent in the construction sector would be ideal but not essential.
