Mechanical Workshop Operations Manager

Selwood, a leading pump rental solutions company in the UK, seeks an experienced Mechanical Workshop Operations Manager to join its team. The selected candidate will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance, repairs, and improvements within the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the efficient use of resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and implement quality, health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation
- Supervise and motivate workshop staff, fostering a culture of productivity and excellence
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set objectives and deliver results, including regular communication and record-keeping
