About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PR Executive to support our growing awareness in Europe. As a key member of our PR team, you will work closely with the Head of UK & European PR to drive strategic communications and media engagement initiatives that align with Zoho's business goals in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of PR or related experience, with a strong background in technology or software. They will possess excellent communication skills, a resilient mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with technology and business-focused journalists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the European PR lead in developing and executing a strategic PR and communications programme that supports Zoho's business goals in the region.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure programmes are aligned and support each other's activities in reaching the right audiences with the right messages at the right time.
  • Work with PR agencies to ensure they have the necessary information to drive success, review their content, and monitor their progress against goals.
  • Write engaging media content, including blogs, comments, articles, and press releases.
  • Research new publications and channels to expand media reach.
  • Assist with campaign analysis and monitoring to determine success.
  • Support the management of media interviews and attendance at Zoho or industry events.
  • Develop creative ideas to enhance PR campaigns.
  • Manage and organize projects effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of PR or related experience, with a technology or software company background.
  • Strong relationships with technology and business-focused journalists and a good understanding of how media publications work with PR.
  • Excellent communication skills and a resilient mindset to succeed with media engagement.
  • Excellent proven writing skills across a range of content types.
  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find practical solutions that are efficient and effective.
  • Able to build strong personal relationships and engage meaningfully with colleagues, journalists, and other stakeholders important to Zoho.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who is happy to be managed remotely to achieve goals.
  • Native fluency in English.
  • Willingness to learn from others and self-improve.
