Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Adept Resourcing Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to various industries, including nuclear, defence, power generation, offshore oil and gas, and aerospace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the production shift manager to agree on priorities and targets, and confirm engineering staff deployment.
  • Discuss priorities with engineers and deploy shift resources to meet targets.
  • Meet with the senior engineer and engineering manager to share information and confirm priorities and actions.
  • Liaise with the reliability engineer and implement and conduct planned maintenance tasks.
  • Provide a communication link during the shift to enable the best response to problems.
  • Provide decisions and advice when required on-shift regarding the best course of action to take.
  • Ensure Spidex and other records of work done in shift are kept updated.
  • Ensure PPM is carried out on key equipment.
  • Always ensure that safe and planned systems of work are used and promote Health and Safety.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Days: 06:00 - 14:00

Afters: 14:00 - 22:00

Nights: 22:00 - 06:00

40 hours per week
