About the Role

As a Senior Test Engineer at TE Connectivity Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing to verify that our products meet customer performance and reliability needs.

  • Design and develop test plans, procedures, and fixtures to ensure efficient testing
  • Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on TE products
  • Review and summarize test data to ensure quality and reliability
  • Maintain the integrity of test results by complying with Corporate, Business Unit, and local quality system requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. A preferred candidate should have, or be actively pursuing, an HNC or equivalent in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or have 3-5 years' experience in testing
  2. Background of mechanical experience to aid fixture design and construction
  3. Good soldering skills and manual dexterity
  4. Hands-on experience for tearing apart assemblies / sub-assemblies of electromechanical parts
