About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Transparity, specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Understand client business processes and requirements, and recommend solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities.
  • Solution Design: Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet client needs, using best practices and industry standards.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and milestones.
  • Integration and Support: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with other systems as needed, and provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Adoption and Enhancement: Ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions by end-users, and provide ongoing support as needed, while staying up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and features.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, predominantly current Cloud/Online versions, with well-versed knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service & Project Operations.
  • Project Management: Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including workflows, business rules, and custom entities, with a deep understanding of project management (agile and waterfall-based) and organizational skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and Customer Satisfaction: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
