About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Links Intervention Practitioner to join our team at Devon County Council. As a key member of our Specialist Links Team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who are at risk of exploitation and harm outside the home.

As a Links Intervention Practitioner, you will provide targeted support to young people and their families, working closely with other professionals to assess and intervene in situations where young people are at risk. About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will possess a wide range of skills and knowledge, including excellent communication, engagement, and risk assessment skills, as well as the ability to work with groups of young people and deliver preventative interventions within a range of settings.

You will also have experience of multi-agency working, be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with professionals from a range of agencies, and be able to travel across your locality and to wider areas of the county when required.

What We Offer

In return for your vital contribution, we offer a range of benefits, including generous annual leave, free onsite parking, employee assistance, and a variety of employee well-being services. We promote a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements wherever possible, including working from home.

We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, and we welcome applications from candidates from diverse backgrounds.
