Director / Vice President Business Development, Europe

Unique Opportunity: We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional to lead our European business development efforts. As Head of Business Development, Europe, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our company and driving growth in the region.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with significant experience in patient-focused clinical development and site services. They will be responsible for developing outstanding customer relationships, building brand value, and working closely with other members of the business to deliver sales and exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for the European business, aligned with our global growth plans.
  • Sales and Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive sales and business growth.
  • Leadership Team: Collaborate with the European Leadership Team to establish, develop, and grow the business, and develop and implement Business Development objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Clinical Development Expertise: Significant experience in patient-focused clinical development and site services, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong cultural awareness and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
