The successful candidate will have previous experience in a facilities position and be passionate about customer service, facilities, and housebuilding. You will work closely with office managers and building management to ensure our offices are fit for purpose and oversee all facilities-related compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Regular office visits to support regional teams and conduct office compliance and housekeeping checks and audits
  • Work in partnership with the regional SHE teams to ensure a safe working environment by adhering to Vistry policies and procedures
  • Manage facilities projects and local works/contractors in assigned offices
  • Oversee all facilities-related compliance, ensuring local documentation is completed accurately and required data is recorded centrally

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
