In this role, you will provide administrative support to our residents and their families, handling daily tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our community.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Preparing and processing paperwork, such as service request forms and payment documents
  • Ensuring the front desk and lobby area are clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in administration or customer service is preferred
