Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Interpham Consulting. As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team and clients to review and prioritize new work requests through the appropriate governance.
  • Evaluate changes to processes and systems, setting business expectations from the start.
  • Drive the analysis of business requirements and deliver functional and non-functional requirements to agreed timescales.
  • Support stakeholders to define, challenge, and document clear requirements using the appropriate techniques for elicitation, analysis, and prioritization.
  • Prepare, evaluate, and document requirements within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery framework.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or System Analyst on bespoke back-end systems developed in-house.
  • Consistently exhibits core Business Analysis competencies (Strategic thinker, trusted adviser, clear communicator, analytical thinker, problem solver, and knowledge sharer) and skills (business and technical domain modeling, requirements elicitation, analysis, definition, and management).
  • Ability to identify and manage stakeholders, and to build close working relationships across the business and with suppliers.
  • Experience of data manipulation in Excel, analysis of database structures, and simple database querying using SQL.
  • Experience with airline systems (such as reservation, inventory, DCS).
