Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Night Support Worker to join our team at Orchard Court, a residential service for children with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children in our residential service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
