Job Title: Children's Night Support Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Night Support Worker to join our team at Hollybank Trust's Orchard Court residential service. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to children with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to children in our residential service, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to Hollybank Trust's high standards of care.
