Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant Manager to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a Payroll Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager in the day-to-day supervision and guidance of the payroll team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end client payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis
- Onboard new clients and manage their payroll portfolios
- Review and analyze payroll data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical and complex payroll support to clients and internal teams
- Support the Payroll Manager with project work and team development
Requirements:
- Extensive end-to-end payroll experience
- Experience of processing multi-frequency clients' payroll or in-house multi-sited payroll with large volumes
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
