Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead the sales team to exceed targets and deliver first-class customer service
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to advise customers on suitable items
  • Work closely with the management team to manage customer appointments, wedding party appointments, and ensure an excellent in-store experience
