The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist expertise on all aspects of health, safety, and wellbeing across the organisation. This role involves managing high-severity incidents, developing a proactive safety culture, and supporting the Group Director of SHEQ in achieving the company's mission statement and core values.

We estimate that this role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, using data-driven approaches to identify trends and develop targeted safety improvement plans. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior health and safety role, ideally in high-risk industries such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing.

We require a NEBOSH Certificate and membership of IOSH. Strong technical knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk management principles, and best practices for managing hazardous operations is essential.
