Job Title: HR Consultancy Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultancy Manager to join our team, who has a proven track record of success in leading HR Documentation teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, while also developing and implementing effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience of managing teams and developing strategies to drive business growth. You will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the HR Documentation team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  3. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an HR management role, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.
