Education Support Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Educators Wales. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements:
This is a part-time position, requiring 28.75 hours per week, term-time only. The successful candidate will be required to register with the Education Workforce Council for Wales and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £24,177 - £30,942 per annum, depending on experience.
