Job Title: Digital Event Manager - Virtual Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced Digital Event Manager to lead the development and execution of our virtual event strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operational processes, editorial calendar, and prioritisation of digital event-related activities to ensure the successful delivery of 30+ webinars per year.

About the Role
  • This is a junior to mid-level position (3-5 years of experience) requiring strong experience in managing webinars and digital events, with a focus on delivering high-quality virtual programs and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage operational processes to support the execution of 30+ webinars per year, maintaining focus on delivery of high-quality webinars and digital events.
  2. Develop and manage the editorial calendar to ensure all stakeholders are informed of upcoming plans and dependencies.
  3. Prioritise digital event-related activities based on expected outcomes and operational capacity.
  4. Stay up-to-date with virtual event industry trends, attend competitor events, and ensure the organisation is adopting best practices.
  5. Gather analysis and feedback post-event, suggesting areas for growth to develop the program and offering.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product.
  7. Monitor and report on webinar performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing webinars and digital events.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and tools (e.g., GoToWebinar, Zoom, ON24).
  • Understanding of best practices in content creation and audience engagement for webinars.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the virtual event industry.
Salary

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
