Senior Sales Food Retail Specialist

The Senior Sales Food Retail Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward, working closely with national accounts to deliver exceptional results. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Promote our unique product technology and patented vegetal fat recipe to key account targets.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform account strategies and optimize sales performance.
- Negotiate terms, promotions, and joint business plans to ensure mutual growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with our brand mission.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a senior account management role, preferably within a mission-driven challenger brand or blue-chip FMCG business.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales and growth and profitability.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
