Job Description

  1. Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement compliance programs, ensuring regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support on compliance matters, facilitating day-to-day operations and promoting a culture of regulatory awareness.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews of customer due diligence and KYC queries, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigating actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect and prevent financial crimes, leveraging industry expertise and knowledge.
  5. Draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports to FIUs, working closely with industry-standard systems to track and recover suspicious transactions.
  6. Engage with external stakeholders, including banking partners and law enforcement agencies, to address compliance-related inquiries and concerns.
  7. Continuously monitor and improve compliance processes, implementing efficient solutions to maintain regulatory standards and promote business growth.

What We Offer
