Job Description

We are seeking a Crime Prevention Officer to join our team at Barclays in London, Glasgow, or Northampton.

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing Financial Crime Risk to the Barclays Retail Business. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  1. Risk Identification: Identify and assess risks within processes and current book.
  2. Control Development: Develop and implement effective risk management controls, including Risk & Control Assessment, Issues Management, and Governance reporting requirements.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex information effectively and manage stakeholders at a senior level.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in risk and control management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Details

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 to £75,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
