About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Orwell Housing Association. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our young people's supported housing service in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans that meet the unique needs and aspirations of our customers.
  • Provide guidance and support to our customers to manage risk and make informed decisions that enhance their wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the referral and assessment process to ensure that our customers receive the necessary support and services.
  • Collaborate with other support agencies to provide a holistic approach to supporting our customers.
  • Support our customers to access local community resources, training, and employment opportunities.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 9-4 / A-C or equivalent).
  • A full driving licence is desirable.
