We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Administrator to join our team at Healthnet Homecare. As an Asset Management Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of patient assets, maintaining accurate inventory records, and facilitating problem resolution.
Main Responsibilities:- Asset Management: Manage and maintain patient assets in line with recommended servicing and maintenance requirements.
- Maintenance Schedules: Maintain maintenance schedules for all assets to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain the Microsoft Navision Master Stock File to enable efficient stock management and ensure physical and system inventory are aligned.
- Problem Resolution: Facilitate problem resolution, including but not limited to, invoice, technical, and quality issues.
- Supplier Performance: Record, monitor, and report supplier performance against agreed KPIs.
- Stock Replenishment: Manage stock replenishment of all assets in line with patient demand.
- Asset Sourcing: Source new assets to meet customer requirements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal customers and external suppliers.
- Purchasing Support: Provide support to the purchasing team when required.
- Data Management: Submit accurate and timely data as required by the business.
- Compliance: Follow, promote, and enforce relevant SOPs and company policy and procedure.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Navision.
- Target Achievement: Proven track record of achieving activity targets.
- Quality Management: Experience of Quality Management standards.
