The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a strong Building Surveying team as the lead Director, presenting an excellent opportunity for a highly ambitious Senior or Associate Building Surveyor aspiring to step into a Director position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage various projects, including Commercial, Residential, University frameworks, and full Turn-key Student Accommodation projects.
  • Oversee Contract Administration, Project Management, and Due Diligence tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Building Surveying matters.
Requirements:
  • MRICS Chartered status or ability to achieve it promptly through the experienced route.
  • Demonstrable experience in team management and direct client interaction as a lead on projects.
  • Strong business development and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
