About the Role

We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Wigan, United Kingdom. As a key contributor to our business growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations and exceeding performance targets.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data-driven insights to inform business strategies.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development and account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, consistently striving for excellence and improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
