Key Responsibilities:- Effectively lead the distribution site operations, providing a reliable and punctual delivery service.
- Maintain a robust control over Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that all service levels are raised to the highest standards and operational effectiveness.
- Set strategy, drive innovation and lead change.
- Financial management of the site and control of budgets.
- Positively influence and develop a large team on a day-to-day basis, cultivate a cohesive and collaborative team culture and drive through any necessary change programmes.
- A strong multi-drop distribution background.
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on Customer Service and an appreciation of customer priorities.

- Strong people management skills with the ability to manage a large multi-functional team.
