Senior Pre-Assessment Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pre-Assessment Nurse to join our team at a leading independent healthcare provider. As a Senior Pre-Assessment Nurse, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of patient care and enhancing customer service and satisfaction for service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies.
  • Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users.
  • Promote the well-being and interests of patients, employees, and consultants.
  • Act as an advocate for junior team members and safeguard patients.
  • Deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse when required.
  • Provide individualised patient care.
  • Adhere to NMC and HCPC professional conduct standards.

Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
  • Valid NMC Registration.
  • Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
  • Strong clinical knowledge and awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Basic workload and shift management skills.
  • Proficiency in PC use, including software and systems.
  • 18 months post-registration experience.
