Caddy Group is seeking an experienced Groundwork Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a renowned provider of groundwork and civil engineering services, we're looking for a skilled professional to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets and cost plans to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  2. Procurement and Contract Management: Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  3. Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key project milestones and financial performance.
  4. Project Support: Assist the project management team in delivering successful project outcomes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the groundworks or civil engineering sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
  3. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and QS software.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field, such as a BSc in Quantity Surveying or a RICS accredited degree.
  6. A full UK driving license is preferred.
