Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kent, working on groundworks and civil engineering projects for major housing developers.

About the Role:

  • Manage multiple sites and contracts, with a focus on groundworks and civils.
  • Compile variations and debt management reports.
  • Work closely with clients, commercial teams, and design professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, with 6-8 years of experience in groundworks or civils.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to reach agreement on final accounts.
  • Proficient in standard form of measurement and IT systems.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £100-£120k+, with bonuses and car allowance.
  • A bespoke package including pension and health benefits.
  • A self-employed option available, with a day rate of £400-£500.
