Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated midwife to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal midwifery care to women and their families within our integrated maternity service.

Main Duties
  • Provide exceptional midwifery care to mothers and babies during the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal period.
  • Take autonomous clinical decisions in emergency situations to ensure safe outcomes for mother and baby.
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner in all aspects of midwifery practice.

Person Specification

  • Academic and/or professional/vocational training and development.
  • Previous experience working as a midwife or Band 5 grade nurse.
