About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing mailroom duties, maintaining health and safety records, and assisting with office moves. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily management of mailroom duties and supporting teams with stationery and other requests.
  • Providing reprographics support and managing office consumables.
  • Investigating and arranging maintenance or repairs for faults and breakdowns.
  • Ensuring high cleaning standards and liaising with providers to resolve issues.
  • Assisting in planning and executing office moves.
  • Conducting health and safety inductions for new staff and maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing storeroom organisation, recycling, and kitchen standards.
  • Representing the team when sourcing and agreeing new contracts.
