Teaching Personnel is currently seeking exceptional support staff to join our Guaranteed Work Scheme in North Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, and possess a compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine commitment to supporting the learning and well-being of SEN students.

We are looking for individuals who excel at building rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers, and who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced SEND Support Staff in SEND and SEMH provisions across Primary and Secondary age ranges. The Guaranteed Work Scheme offers an exciting opportunity to gain consistent work while maintaining flexibility.

About the Role:

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, and we offer free child protection and prevent duty training to all registered candidates.

The salary for this role is £250-£350 per day, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities to convert to a permanent contract in the future.
