We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our New Struan School residential team. Our team provides support to 11 young people between the ages of 10-18 years old, with varying support packages. As a Waking Nightshift Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
- Provide high-quality support to young people with autism, promoting their independence and self-advocacy.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
