Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at TD Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines, and collaborating with other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site activities, including procurement, labor, and equipment management
  • Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and regulations
  • Collaborate with Contracts Managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects
  • Monitor budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses
  • Prepare work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience managing construction projects
  • Proven ability to monitor construction project budgets and deadlines
  • Proficiency in recordkeeping and electronic project management systems
  • Experience in relaying detailed instructions to onsite construction teams
  • Advanced negotiation skills to procure cost-effective subcontractors and suppliers
