Job Summary
  • Deliver high-quality support to teachers and students in the classroom, contributing to academic achievement and student well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in preparing lessons, marking work, and maintaining records.
  • Assist students with learning activities, providing individualized support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of whole-class and small-group interventions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to identify and address areas of need.
