Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Education Support Specialist to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special needs, providing support and guidance in a variety of learning contexts.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or young adults, particularly those with vulnerable backgrounds. A good understanding of Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education is essential. The successful applicant will be passionate about helping students succeed academically, emotionally, and socially, and will have a calming presence and ability to engage well with pupils (Year 7 to Year 11).

This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent after 12-16 weeks. The salary for this role is £18-22 per hour, paid weekly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to pupils in various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community.

  • Promote equality, diversity, and the rights of our pupils to be treated with respect and seen as learners.
