Job Overview

As a key member of our team at EnBW UK Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our international subsidiary development and governance initiatives. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our international business transformation projects, ensuring the effective management of our subsidiaries and the development of a robust governance structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in international business transformation projects, focusing on organisational development and the implementation of best practices.
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings for committees related to our international subsidiaries, the Trading Division, and EnBW AG.
  • Development and implementation of strategies for managing international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and EnBW's governance standards.
  • Collaboration with colleagues from diverse international backgrounds to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Management of specific projects, such as introducing procedural development tools for international entities.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in business or law, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in setting up international corporate structures or managing subsidiaries.
  • A basic understanding of the energy trading business is an advantage.
  • Strong hands-on mentality, organisational talent, a structured approach, initiative, and solution orientation, as well as above-average commitment, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Based in our London office with occasional travel to Germany and other locations.
