We are seeking a skilled Quantum Consultant to join our team at Maxim Recruitment Ltd. As a Quantum Consultant, you will play a crucial role in carrying out claims and contract administration for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the preparation of claims for loss and expense and other contractual entitlements
- Support with the preparation of adjudication documentation
- Quantum Forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation
- Draft written reports, setting out process, conclusions, and recommendations
- Knowledge of operating and implementing Standard Forms of Contract (JCT/NEC/FIDIC)
- Providing strategic advice at all stages of the construction life cycle
- Proactively manage cashflow
- Actively contribute to business development
- Experience working in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management background OR Experience in a legal profession with good knowledge of construction contracts.
- Familiarity with claims and formal dispute proceedings.
- Strong reports writing skills are essential and candidates who can demonstrate prior report writing evidence will be looked upon very positively.
- Good written and spoken English.
As a Quantum Consultant at Maxim Recruitment Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious client base of tier one main contractors, regional contractors, specialist sub-contractors, and client organisations. You will gain exposure to claims negotiation on live projects, through to advising and preparing for dispute resolution proceedings such as adjudication.
We offer a range of specialist services to our clients, including expert witness and advisory services, dispute resolution services, alternative dispute resolution advice, risk management, and project planning. As part of your role, you will be expected to work with a variety of clients from client organisations to contractors and subcontractors, across all sectors of the construction industry.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quantum Consultant to join our team. If you have a strong background in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or a legal profession with good knowledge of construction contracts, we would like to hear from you.
