Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Administrator to join our Asset Management team at SUEZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively managing the 'customer at risk' process, ensuring timely resolutions and retention through service amendments, re-negotiations with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and manage customer at risk accounts to ensure timely resolutions and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective service amendments and re-negotiations.
  • Monitor and report on customer at risk trends to inform business decisions.
  • Support the retentions team during upselling campaigns to promote our services.
  • Liaise with functional departments to ensure seamless customer relations and retention.
  • Manage the handover of accounts from FSE to the retentions team, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Stay up-to-date with current costs and prices required for collection services to support the retentions team and customers.
Requirements
  • Formidable customer service experience and skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and manage customer at risk accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
