Early Years Lead Practitioner Specialist

Pearson seeks experienced professionals to fill the role of Independent End-Point Assessor for Early Years Lead Practitioner L5. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Level 6 qualification, hold a DBS Certificate, and possess two years postgraduate experience within Early Years Practice.
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting end-point assessments onsite or remotely, adhering to Pearson's specifications and quality assurance protocols. They will assess candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria, ensuring overall standards are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining service-level agreements with regards to responding to EPA planning, operational activities, reports, and submissions of assessment outcomes
- Reporting all risks and issues encountered during the end-point assessment to Pearson, including any suspected malpractice/maladministration
- Ensuring all EPA reports and assessment evidence are high-quality and recorded accurately
As an independent assessor, the selected individual must have no direct connection or conflict of interest with the apprentice, their employer, or training provider. They must also have personal IT equipment capable of running Pearson-required software, a personal and secure email account, and a postal address in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man.
