Job Title: Data Warehouse Lead

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Lead to join our team at identifi Global Resources. The successful candidate will have experience in leading data warehouse implementation projects and driving data integration, management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Meditech data warehouse within the EPR Core Informatics team.
  • Lead a team of developers in designing, testing, and supporting data solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with data teams across three NHS trusts to align on reporting needs.
  • Act as the lead advisor on NHS data dictionary standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy in data integration and reporting.
  • Advanced expertise in data warehouse development, SQL Server Management Studio, and SQL scripting.
  • In-depth knowledge of NHS data standards, including NHS data dictionary requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams, overseeing the full BI development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience) in Health Informatics or a related area.
