Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Electrical and Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining machines, focusing on preventative maintenance and reactive repairs when breakdowns occur.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns.
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs, focusing on root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide technical support for project work aimed at modernizing equipment.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers and apprentices, sharing knowledge and learning from others.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of production lines, keeping machines running efficiently.
  • Work in clean room and plant room environments.
  • Fault finding on PLCs.
Requirements:
  • A multi-skilled engineer or experienced electrical maintenance engineer eager to grow and learn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own shift.
  • Ability to fault find on PLCs.
  • Previous experience in chemical or food manufacturing environments is advantageous.
