Early Years Educator

Step Teachers is seeking an exceptional Early Years Educator to join our team in the Camden area. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the development of children's language and communication skills, encouraging positive behaviour, and preparing activities that promote learning and development.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of experienced educators to create a safe and inclusive atmosphere that fosters a love of learning. You will also provide feedback to parents and carers on children's progress and achievements.
To be successful in this position, you will need a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent and previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in an early childhood education setting. A Paediatric First Aid qualification is preferred but not essential.
The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a range of training opportunities to help you grow and develop in your career.
