" Director Programme Management

Direct the Programme Management function and aligned strategic initiatives across the global DTC business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and set goals for projects/programmes according to the strategic objectives of the organisation

  • Ensure that projects/programmes are planned from start to completion

  • Coordinate ROI calculations using information from all relevant business verticals

  • Develop or approve project budgets and operating procedures

  • Devise metrics to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements

  • Oversee all programme managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems

  • Identify and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency

  • Apply change, risk, opportunity and resource management principles when needed

  • Ensure programme operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies / quality standards

  • Develop, maintain and implement common dashboard report formats to communicate programme progress, status, risks and financials

    Requirements:
    • Proven track record of programme management and execution within a complex manufacturing or engineering environment

    • Deep understanding of identifying, reporting and mitigating programme risk factors

    • Degree qualification within a related technical field

    • Exposure to a broadcast, radio communications, electronic design, or firmware development environment
