Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Producer to join our team. As a Producer, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Develop scopes of work, including project kickoffs, estimates, and resource planning.
    • Manage project timings, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Track budgets and expenditure, monitoring changes and controlling costs.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Coordinate teams of various skill sets, including strategists, creatives, designers, and client services.
    • Communicate clearly with internal teammates to set priorities, meet objectives, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Client Relationships
    • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, collaborating to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Identify issues and risks early, developing solutions to ensure project success.
