Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Ealing, London. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both students and teachers within the classroom, providing academic assistance, supporting student learning, and contributing to the overall positive learning environment of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Teachers in Lesson Planning: Assist subject teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.
  • Provide Academic Support: Offer one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to overcome learning challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Classroom Support: Assist in classroom management, including maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
  • Student Development: Work closely with students to help them develop study skills, confidence, and a love for learning, providing feedback on student progress and contributing to student reports.

Essential Requirements:
