About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Ongoing Monitoring Team, responsible for ensuring the administration of ongoing monitoring of our client database meets Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing responsibilities.

As a KYC professional, you will be working within our team to assess risk profiles of existing clients, identify changes, and support the Deputy Money Laundering Officer on general anti-money laundering issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments of clients to identify potential risks or changes in their profile.
  2. Collaborate with the AML team to develop and implement research projects and day-to-day compliance with AML regulatory matters.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree-level qualification in KYC/Compliance or relevant field and have experience working in a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract opportunity offering excellent career development prospects in Risk and Compliance. An estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and will be able to provide expert advice on KYC requirements.

Job Description:

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments of clients, identifying potential risks or changes in their profile, and collaborating with the AML team to develop and implement research projects and day-to-day compliance with AML regulatory matters.

Salary and Benefits:

An estimated salary for this role is £45,500 per annum, depending on location and experience. The role also offers hybrid working arrangements, cycle to work scheme, gym membership contribution, bonus scheme, and 25 days annual leave.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree-level qualification in KYC/Compliance or relevant field and have experience working in a professional services environment.
